The plain, honest agreement for joining as a Founding Member — what you're buying, what you're not, and the refund promise that protects you.

Before anything else

Memory Assist is an early-stage assistive prototype. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage dementia or any condition. It is not for emergency use.

1 What you are buying

You are purchasing a one-time Founding Member reservation for a product that is in development and not yet available, in one of two tiers:

Founding Member
$89 once
  • First 6 months free at launch
  • Then a locked founder rate of $12/mo
  • Early access & founding recognition
Founding Plus
$199 once
  • First 12 months free at launch
  • Earliest access + lowest rate, $9/mo
  • Everything in Founding Member

Both tiers include a direct channel to influence the roadmap. You are not buying a finished product or a medical device. This is software/service only and does not include glasses, AR, or any hardware. Specific contents and features may change as the product is developed.

2 Estimated delivery (not guaranteed)

Founding early access is estimated for early 2027. This is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. If we cannot deliver by the estimated date, we will notify you and offer you the choice to keep waiting or receive a full refund.

3 Full refund policy

You may request a full refund at any time before we launch, for any reason. Email hello@getmemoryassist.com and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days.

The refund right above is the heart of this agreement. Being early should never feel risky — change your mind anytime before launch and you get every dollar back.

4 Subscription & billing

At launch, Memory Assist is offered as a subscription. Your one-time founding fee secures your founding membership, which includes your free months (6 for Founding Member, 12 for Founding Plus) and a locked-in founder rate thereafter ($12 or $9/month by tier). After the free period, the founder rate applies unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time, including during the free period, and we will remind you before billing begins.

5 No warranties; early-stage product

The product is provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis for an early-stage offering. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties beyond the refund commitment above. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6 Not a medical device; no medical claims

Memory Assist is assistive software/technology. It makes no medical claims and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or condition, including dementia. Do not rely on it for emergencies or urgent safety.

7 Privacy

For this pre-order we collect only what is necessary to process your purchase and contact you (e.g., name, email, payment details handled by our payment provider). The product itself is designed to be local-first. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Notice for the full detail.

8 Changes

We may update these terms; material changes affecting your purchase will be communicated, and your refund rights above are preserved.
